Refund and Returns Policy

At MittiSoul, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth experience with our gardening products. Please review our return and refund policy below:

MittiSoul accepts Returns and Exchanges under the below scenarios only.

If the item received is damaged when received, kindly contact us at support@mittisoul.com or contact@mittisoul.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. Raise your Returns/Exchange within 7 days of receiving the order only.

  1. If the item is mismatched, if we pack different colors or sizes then we will refund/replace based on stock.

  2. If the items are damaged in transit we will refund the amount or replace them if the items are in stock. Based on the pictures sent by the customer we will take a call on this. The decision of our team in this regard is final.

  3. If the customer did not like the color, shape, and size or any choice after receiving the order. The customer has to send the items back to our warehouse. We will refund/replace based on stock. 

  4. If the customer contacts after 7 days for returns/replacement, MittiSoul will not be catering to these requests.

  5. If the customer cancels the order /rejects it during delivery (Paid order) after the item is shipped then we will deduct the shipping amount and refund the remaining amount.

  6. If the pin code does not have a COD option then the customer has to pay online first and then we will dispatch the item.
  7. If the contact information is incomplete / customer does not pick up our support team call and confirms the order, we will keep the order on hold.

  8. We do not return or refund Plants. We pack them with the highest care. Any damages in transit are at your own risk.

  9. We are not responsible for any delays by courier companies during unavoidable situations. However, our support team always helps to solve the issue.

  10. We are not responsible if you overpay the courier person without observing the COD amount on the bill.

  11. In any case if the customer does not attend to the items( out of town) we will deduct the shipping charge and refund the remaining amount for paid orders.
